Judgment for solicitor's fee, 10s (sd. J. Cr. ELtr.sr,KY v. Tanner.— Debt, £15 4s 2d. Mr Gresham for plaintiff. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for full amount <md costs, £3 lOs. Alfred Mvr tin v. T vnner. — Mr G resham for plaintiff. Judgment summons, £3 18s. No ajraearance of defendant. The evidence of J. G. Elnisley and H. T. Sibley was taken, but failed to show the defendant's ability to pay the judgment debt. On the application of Mr Giesham the case was adjourned till next court day. Seveial other cases were settled out of court. — (Own Correspondent.)
