In tht House of Commons yesterday Sir Stafford Northcote moved that Mr Bradlaugh be excluded from the House and from the precincts of t'^e place, and the motion was adopted by a large iriajoi ifcy. Mr Biadlaugli was present dmiug the debate, and voted with the iniuonty.
