YKsrMUMi.— (Befme Hi-> Honour Judge Puckey and Assessor Waata Tipa). The com t opened yesterday morning at 10 o'clock, wnen theie was a fairly lai ye attendance of natives. The business .set down for hearing is mainly succehhion cases. About twenty cases were heard and disposed of in the Tatua, East and West, and the Okauia blocks. It is expected that the whole business will have been fininhed by to-morrow evening.
