The coinplainanfc (a halfcaste) .sought to pro\e the paternity of lier child, and also to compel the defendant to contribute to its support. After heiiiug considerable, evidence on both sides, the court held that the complainant had not pioved that defendant was the father of tho child. — Case dismissed, without costs.
