Mr Bkyci:, Native Minister, was hero yesterday, and lifter a short interview with a few native*, returned to Te Aw.unutu, having made arrangement:* to meet Major Te Wheoro and Te Ngakau to-day. Mr Bryce and the natives met accordingly. The meeting was a private one. At its. conclusion, the Native Minister again left for Te Awamutu. Wednesday. Mr Bryce loft to-day for Auckland, but returns a\ soon as Wahanui conies down. A ietter was received from him last night .saying th.it he would meet Mr Bryce as soon as possible.
