Large Failures. Lon'dox, Octobei 30. The failure is announced today of Minns, Ranker and Co., cotton brokers, Liverpool. The liabilities ,ue set down at half-a-inillion sterling. Messrs Foreman and Co., Hollonstead and Tetl.y have also called a meeting of their creditors, and other failures are expected to bo announced during the ne\t few day.s ; considerable excitement and anxiety consequently pievails in coniinercial circles.
