London*, September 2G. The homeward mails via Ban Francisco, which left Auckland on August 14, were delivered to-day. The mails from Melbourne, dated August 14, via Suez, were al&o delivered to-day. The cargo of frozen meat on board the ship Mataura, from Auckland, was examined to-day, when a considerable portion was found to be rotten. September 27. Ulster Orangemen are making in large numbers at Dimgannon, County Tyrone, with the avowed intention of preventing meetings which the followers of Mr Parnell propose to hold there. It is fear a d that collisions will take place between the two factions, and a strong force of military has been quaitored in the town in ease a riot should occur. CoxHTAXTixoi'iiK, September 20. A serioub conflagration occurred to-day at Cadikos. One-half of the town was. entirely destroyed before the flames could be extinguished. M vnmn, September 2 >. This act is popularly regarded as a strong evidence of King Alfonso's antipathy to the French nation.
