ALEXANDRA R.M. COURT. [BY TELEGRAPH.-OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Alexandra, Last Night.
The business at the R.M. Court, to-day, befoieMr Noithcioft, K.M., and Captain Gascoigne, was of local importance only Messrs Jo^lm and Asmuss weie charged with assault. A.smuss vrat, discharged, and Jo.slin was fined 10.s and costs.—ln the case Constable Bond v. Boyle, a charge of thieatenhig language, defendant was fined •63 and costs. —ln the case Sinclair v. Boyle, defendant was chaiged with spitting in the face of plaintiff, a witness in the previous case, and lined £10 and co*ts, or three monthb. The fines were paid.
