[IIEUTEIt'd TELEGRAMS, 1 Melbourne, September 25. The balance of the bars of gold stolon from the Commercial Bank of Australia was discoveied to-day, bmied in .the earth at Moidialloc, fifteen miles south-east of this C'ty. The locality was indicated by the prisoner Corbett. Melbourne, September 23. The prisoner Burns, who was sentenced to death for the murder of Michael Quinlivan in 18S0, was executed to-day.
(Received September 26, 2.20 p.m.) Mewjoubke, Yesterday. At the meeting of the members of the Scotch Church labt evening, it was decided to form a Presbyterian Church of Victoria, and revert to the position pievious to the act of union.
