There is much speculation here regai-ding the new minister in the place of Mr Whitaker, resigned. It is felt that Auckland's claims to tne representation must be recognised, and Messrs Swauson, Peacock, F. A. Whitakev, and Hnrat are named by tho Star as tho^e having the greatest claims to consideration. WEiiMNcrox, Last Night. The names of the new Ministry will not be submitted to his Excellency the Governor until to-morrow.
