Spekky, Property-Tax Commissioner, v. \V. Gumming. — Claim £5 7s sd. Mr Logic appeared for plaintiff. Mr O'Neill, for defendant, objected that the particulars affixed to the summons were not explicit enough, and quoted a case from an Auckland paper, in which Mr Tyler, the commissioner's solicitor, admitted that the particulars were deficient. His Worship overruled the objection, and gave judgment for amount claimed, with costs. J. Cochbane v. HiiiL and Boon. — Judgment summons, claim £12 103. Mr O'Neill, for plaintiff, said defendant Hill had paid him £2, and had offered to pay . the remainder at the rate of £1 par week. , Order made accordingly. J. Daley v. D. Kenny.— Claim £3 3s Cd.
