A note was found under? his pillow this morning expressing ""his intention of destroying himself, the supposed cause being that an information for indecent exposure against him would be heard next court day. The deceased was much respected, It appears ,that the information for indecent exposure tyid^ against that gentlemen was so laid upon ridiculously weak grounds, and that there eaa 4be little* doubt He*would'Hnive been honorably acquitted,,but the thing preyed"' on his mind. - ' ' i /
