There was a good attendance of members. Totalisator. — A number of communications were read from the various totalisator makers throughout the colony and Victoria,' giving estiniates'of the 'cost of a machine for the club. e After considerable discussion it was decided to order one from Mr Geo. Heslop of Auckland. Grand Stand Accommodation. — The question of increasing the accomodation of the present grand stand was atsome length discussed by the meeting. It was finally decided that Mr Foiest should have plans for the same prepared at the forthcoming spring meeting. Spring Meeting.— lt' was arranged after consideration to hold the forthcoming spring meeting on Wednesday the 21st November, when it was agreed to give £170 ,in stakes. The programme consists of a Maiden Plate. Handicap Hurdles, . Spring' Gup, ■ Steeplechase; Stewards Handicap, and Consolation.
