DUMMY ISM IN OTAGO.

[BY TELEGRAPH. — I'RKSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, List Night. Ix the House this afternoon, the committee appointed to enquire into the alleged dummyism in Otago brought up their report. They find the charge of alleged dummyism on Messrs Gellibrand and Co.'s station to be fully proved, and that the purchases were not bontt fide. They recommend that thoy be cancelled, and possession of the land x'csumed by the Crown. They also recommend that increased power should be given to waste land boards in dealing Avith such matters, and that a Royal Commission should be appointed to further investigate other charges of alleged dummyism.
