[Received July 18, 12.30 p.m.] Brisbane, Yesterday. The Ministry have adopted a memorandum on the question of the, annexation of New Gninea, to be transmitted to the Secretary of State and all the colonies. The document suggests that in the first place representation should be made by all the colonies to the Imperial Government, urging further consideration of the, question, and the final decision in' regard to New Gninea. It is further proposed that the Home Government' shouldf be invited to move in the dp-ection' r of providing federal Government for J 'AuB» tralasia.
