London, July 16.—Consols are quoted at 00| — decline of J.—New Zealend securities arc ns follow :—5 per cent. 10-40 loan, has fallen 10s, and is now at 106; 5 per cent. 1887 loan has advanced to 105 i; 4i per cent. 1379-108* loan lias declined by 20i to 101; 4 per cent, inscribed stock remains at 101, ex div.—The market rate of discouut has advanced to o], and is now i below the bank rate.—There are no changes to report in colonial breadstuff* or tallow. The market* in both case* continue dull.
