GISBORNE, Sunday.

A Criminal information for libel, at the striti of Mr 'W. L. Rees, has been laid against Kenneth Kerr, editor of a local paper called Facts, and Charles Webb, proprietor of the Standard and printer of Facts for an article in last Friday's issue of Facts, relating to the Land Company's doings. The case comes on on Monday morning.
