Mellvraitli, Premier, announcer! that the Ministers had recommended the acting Governor to dissolve Parliament, and his Excellency had granted a dissolution. The Premier stated that the C4ovornmenb desired to pass an appropriation bill for £.10.000, before di&bolnbion. A discussion took place on the Premier's announcement, but the debate was adjourned. Mklboukxe, Yesterday. Sailed, yesterday afternoon : Tarawera for the Bluff. In the Absembly la^t night, 'the Railway Management Uill was introduced. It provided for the appointment of Commissioners in addition to Ministers. The Government will endeavour to procure an experienced railway manager from England to act as chairman ot the board.
