July 9. The Malagasy envoys sailed yesterday on their return to Madagascar. Tenders for theNe.w South Wales three million loan will ha received up till fcbo ] 7th July. The minimum is fixed at par. The stock will be inscribed by the Bank of England. In the House of Commons to-day, Mr Fawcett, the Postmaster-General, stated in reply to a question, that in consequence of the disturbance at Biindisi, the next overland mail had been ordered to proceed direct from Port Saul to Plymouth, without calling at any Mediterranean ports.
July 10. In the House of Commons last night, Sir Stafford Northcote moved that Mr Bradlaiigh he excluclerl from the precincts of Westminster Palace. After some debate, the motion was carried on division by a large majority.
