Any subsciiber drawing a horse in any list will be allowed, if he so desirea it, to invest in the following list any sum not excepding Four Pounds without remitting any further cash, thia amount to be ultimately deducted from prize moneyIt will be observed that these lists will average one prize in about fourteen tickets, instead of one in fifty, as in the larger list oi "previous years.
