H-u-ieta Tainiluna, £54 14s 4d ; judgment summonses, were adjourned to next Court day. — Evans and Ellis a. Ropata Tukere, ' claim £ 4 3s 4d. Mr Dyer for plaintiff. Judgment confessed, costs 43.—Judgments for the plaintiffs were given in the following cases : H. Norgrove v. Arekatera te Wera, £41 5s Id, costs £4 109 ; H. Norgrove v. R. Stewart, £-3 7s 6d, costs £1 17s ; R. McVeagh v. J. Webb, £2 0s 2d, costs ]0s 4d.— T. Hoy v. Thos. Moore, judgment summons. No appearance of defendant.
