London, June 5. The French Government has orclciecl one of the Algerian regiments to piocoed to Tonquin to reinforce the expedition now operating against the Annaniese. It has tianspiied that the Chinese Government lias intimated that it will be fenced to iissume a hostile attitude unless France seeks to arm c at an aggi cement with the Government of Annani.
