The Government have received a telegram from Major Atkinson stating that when he was at Stratford a man named Tokei had reported to him that Titokowarn had broken some of his rib 3, and that he (Tokei) had done what he could by bandaging, but that surgical aid was required. It has been arranged that this shall be provided.
