In the matter of " The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the various amendments thereof, and of the bankruptcy of Edward Hayes Beauchamp and Charles Halhed Arthur Barwell, both of Hamilton, in the Provincial District of Auckland, trading together in co-partnership, at Hamilton aforesaid, as Butchers, under the style of " Beauchamp 8r05.," Debtors. Notice is hereby given that at the first meeting of the creditors of the abovenamed debtors, held this day at the District Court-house at Hamilton, aforesaid, Thomas Charles Hammond, of Hamilton, accountant, was elected the Creditors' Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said debtors, and that the said Thomas Charles Hammond has intimated to me in writing his acceptance of the said trusteeship.
