A five-roomed tionse' was burned tbi« morning atKaiapoi. Insurance : — South British, £225 ; Australian Mercantile, £50. At the Magistrate's Court, yesterday, the adjourned charge of arson was heard against Stranghan, grocer, Papanui road, whose store was recently burned down, and occupied several hours. The case was dismissed. '
