Rangikaruka, a relation of Mahuki's will offer a strong resistance to the .party, and .another chief named PhieKka is also prepared to obstruct,' $0 that it will take all Mr Bryce's determination to get through; ; Doubtless he will do so, as the natives are pretty well aware of the ultimatum.
