CONDITIONS.
Entrance Fee to bo forwarded with nomination and colours, age and pedigree of horse, addressed to the Secretary, Post-office, Cambridge, or Mr Wra, Percival, Auckland, not later than TUESDAY, the 1 7th April, 1883. Weights will appear in Auckland and Waikato papers on Thursday, 26th April, 1883. Acceptance money payable to Secretary, or Mr Percival, by Saturday, 28th April,' lBB3, before 10 p.m. Acceptance for «econd day's Hurdle Race and Publican's Purse will be received by the Secretary up to 12 o'clock noon of becond dsiy'd races. In the event of a walk ovor, only 50 per cent, of stakes will be paid, No entry will be received except upon the condition that all claims, disputes and objections urising, shall be decided by the Steward*, or whom they may appoint, and their deckion shull be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 3 sovs^ which wilt be forfeited to the funds of the Club, should the Stewauls consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. The rules of the Auckland Racing Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, to be deducted from gross winnings for expense of course. WALTER SCOTT, Hon. See.
