A special meeting of the above Board will be held at the office of the board, Victoria-street, Hamilton, on Wednesday, 2Sth inst, at 7 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of makiug a special rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound sterling on all rateable property m the district, to meet charges payable to the Colonial Treasurer on a sum of £330 granted to the district for the construction of District Roads. (57 chains, moio or less. Three members ot the board will meet intending contractois on the ground to point out work on Wednesday, 2Sth February, at 2 o'clock p.m. Sj ecih'cations to be seen at the office of Mr T. G.
