A Press Association message, dated London, February 21, says: — Mrs Harrington, the wife of the Secretary of the Irish National League, who was arrested on a charge of conveying weapons to the assassins, has been discharged in consequence of James Carey, the informer, failing to identify her. It is understood that the person referred to by the informers in the Phoenix Park murder case 'as "No. 1" is known to the police, and that' he' will be arrested. It is feared that there is still a wider conspiracy than that which has been broken' up. . ' ,' ■ "
