The timber is chiefly totara and matai. Confci actors will be required to erect and work at their o\\ n expense a sawmill, with planing, tongueing, and grooving machinery, and to commence cutting within three months of date of contract. Tenders must specify price for cutting and dres&ing the seveial classes of timber, and must be sent in to the undersigned on or before the 15th of March, 18S3, endorsed " Tenders for Cutting Timber."
