Cambiuduk, Last Night. Judgment t\as not yet boon given in the Te Whetu case. Judges OBrien and Williams agreed, but the assessor refused to sign the judgment. The matter now stands over for the arrival of the Chief Judge on Saturday. The Court is now engaged in receiving a list of names m the \\\\otu ease. The Ngiititii angi were admitted into the Ngatihuia's Jist to-day. All lists for the Waotu case are not yet complete.
