TRINITY CHURCH, NGARUAWAJHIA.

The annual meeting of parishonero was held in the church on Sunday, February 4th. The Rev, 11. S. Davis presided, and after reading the collect, requested the lion, secretary to read the minutes of the last annual meeting, and the report and balance-sheet for the past year. Mr Dickeson showed that the rev en«e from all sources amounted to £73 Is 7d, and the expenditure to £64 4s 6d, showing a credit balance of £8 Jo's lid, against which were outstanding accounts amounting to £10. The Secretary suggested that the incoming vestry should attempt to liquidate this debt at an early date. — The President, in his address, stated that during the past year the services had been fairly attended ; that there h.id been six celebrations of Holy Communion, average attendance ten ; ten baptisms ; the Sunday-school attendance was fair, averaging 40 ; assistance was required by the teachers ; the number of books in the library has been increased by 28. The rev. gentleman concluded by requesting the sympathy of the congregation. He then nominated Messrs Dickeson and Rathborne to the offices of minister's and peoples' wardens, and by consent the out- going vestry were reelected. — The usual complimentary votes concluded the business.
