Xj:w Plymouth, Last Night. Tin: steamer Penguin, with the outwaid Fiihco mail, -which was at anchor near tttoney liver, steamed into the harbour at o o'clock this evening. On boaidiug her it was found that oft Opunake her machinery had become disarranged, and she was compelled to stop her engines to put them in order. She takes in the mails and passongeis, and leaves at 7 to-mght for the Manukau. ,
