The annual meeting of this congicgation was helil in the church on Wednesday, the "2 1th inst., the Rev. W. Evans in the chair. Kinic Sission. — Tho lepoit of the Kirk session was lead by the cleik, Mi John Fisher. This lepoit showed a steady pi ogicas in the spnitual depaitments of the chinch, loin teen having been received into communion by examination and Jour by certificate dining the year. The number at piesent on the communion 1 oil was shown to be one hundred and nine. l J eaco and concoid had attended all their meetings, and there had been no case of discipline to record, save one, and that was brought to a peaceful and satisfactory issue. The report was unanimously adopted. Psalmody Commiitkk. — The report of this committee was cnti listed to Mr W. Reid. It appealed that almost all the members of the choir had been faithful and dilhgent in tho piactices, and in their attendance at public woiahip, and it was m ith consideiable efficiency they had led the congicgation in this part ot public woisliip. Sargent, J. Sharp, J. Hally, J. Brown, J. Baxter, J. Scott, R. Watson, W. Cowley, \V. Russell, J. Shaw, T. Russell and G. 0. Ellis. Psalmody Committee. — The psalmody committee was next appointed, the members elected being : — Messrs P. J. Brooks, W. Simms, Alex. Reid, J. P. Thomson and A. J. Evans. ShCtthTAKY AXJ) TRE USURER. —Mr F. .1. Brooks was re-elected secretary and treasurer of the church. T^nks. — Votes of thanks wereunaniinonnKaccorded as follows : — To the outgoing^ommittee, to the secretary and tieasurer, to the choir, to the trustees of tiie Wesleyaii Church Pukerimu, for the use of the building, to the Hautapu School Committee for the use of the school-room, to Miss Maclaurin for presiding at the instrument, and to Miss Caley for her services at Pukerimu. A vote of thanks was also given to the organist of Trifiity Church for his long gratuitous services, and it was proposed that henceforth ho should receive a salary of £30. The matter was so far. agreed that a salary henceforth should be paid him, the matter being placed in' the hands of the Psalmody Committee. — A hymn was then sung, and the benediction, pronounced by the chairman, brought the meeting to a close.
