Tiitjkstjay. —(Before Their Honors Judge OBrien, and Juduje Williams). Te Whetu No. 3. Thk whole of to-day was taken up in the couclusiou of Dr Bullev's cross-examina-tion of Wai lii Te Ngara. Wiicnm Te Whitu proceeds to-morrow with his ciobs-examination. When asked by tlie Court to proceed with his case that evening, Wirenui Te Whitu declined on account of the lateness of the hour, as in his opinion he could not get five shillings' worth of talk out of his witness for his fee of £1.
