TO THE EDITOR. ISik, — In consequence of the statement made by Mr Seddon, re registration of brands, during the hearing of the case Fitzgerald v. Shepherd, would you kindly enquire it the Registration of Brands Act is in force in the Waipa county.— l am, &c. Exquirek. [The act is in force throughout the provincial district. — Eo.J
