ALEXANDRA LODGE, 1188, E.C.
Tub animal installation meeting was held in the lodge room, Alexandra Hotel, on Friday, December 29th. There was a large attendance of members and visiting biethren. The lodge was opened by Bro. W. Jones, W.M., and after the usual preliminaries had been disposed of, Bro. VV. P. Moat, D.G.SW.., took the chair, and with the proper ceremonies installed Bro. George M. Anbin Ahier, as W. M. of the lodge for the ensuing year, and then invented the officers as follows : — Bro. W. -Jones, I. P.M. : Bro. R. W. Roche, S.W. Bro. C. B. Uentil, J.W. ; Bro. Thos, Finch, treasurer ; Bro. E. Hope, secretary ; Bro. Jas. Charlton, S.D. ; Bro. J. Rendell, J.D. ; Bro. H. Hallett, JAi. ; Bro. J. Tristram, tyler. The business of the evening being ended, the brethren adjourned to the supper-room, where a banquet awaited them. Full justice was done to the good things provided, and the usual toaets were propo&ed and responded to, after which the brethren dispersed, having spent a most enjoyable and instructive evening. — (A Correspondent.)
