Tub following schedule of works to be clone by the Borough Council has been recommended by the Works Committee, and is now held over for further consideration at next mooting :-=• Drains to he Repaired, &«.— Cookstreet, Wellington street, f Cambridgo road to Seddon's boundary, to be widened and deepened, Cambridge road (through Vincents), Wellington-street (through White's) Dixon-street, Heaphy's Tcwacs, Anglesey-street (at Munroe's, to be stated), "from Hood-street culvert to culvert «it Cox's (partially widened and wattled) through Mautin'tf p#J°.9fc.» Victoria-street (railway boundary), Jfo, ] road from Mr Quick's, London-street at Mr Northcroft's, and Clyde-street. Roads to have tub kdues takks off. —Clyde-street, Wellington-street, Cambridge road, Hood-street, Ohaupo road, Collingwood-streefc, Anglesey-street (to culvert), Victoria-street (to Scott's), and the Station road. Pathways.— Cook-street and Hoodstreet. Water-tables to be cleaned. — Coolosfrfiet, from Cassidy's corner to Galloway-fctreet, both sides ; Wellingtonstreet ; Grey-street, £«?»? Waikato Hotel to Beale-street ; Bridge-sfcteei, feolj-house side; Victoria-street, from Commerce Hotel to rail way- crossing, and thcucc to Mr Scott's, both sides ; No 1 Koad, from Mr Quick's to the culvert; .Victoriastreet, from McDonalds to Knoxs corner, and from the Posfc-offw;e corner^ to Hill's shop; and the Railway-station road.
