CONDITIONS. Entrance fee to bo forwarded with nomination and colours, age and pedigree of horse, addressed to the Secretary, Post-office, Cambridge, not later than Tuesday, 26th Dec, 18S2. Weights will appear in Wailato Tima, Thursday, 28th Dec, ISS2. Acceptance money payable to the Secretary by Friday, 29th Dec., ISS2, before 8 p.m. No entry w ill be received except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 2 soys., which will be forfeited to the funds of the club should the stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. The rules of the Auckland Racing Club will be strictly adhered to. Ten j>er cent, from the prizes in each event will be deducted for second horse.
