NO eligible tender having been received for the lease of the Te Rahu reserve (about S4 acres) near Te Awamutu, new tenders arc required for a lease of that lot for a term of 7 years, with the right to cut the Rimu, Kahikatea, and Tdwa Timber and Firewood theieon subject to certain conditions. Tenders may he for the Timber and Firewood either with or without the land.
