(Before Mr Northcroft, R.M.) Raxgiaoiiia Higuway District Board , v. Gikkord. — Information under Public Works Act for neglecting to remove govse from road. SIMPSOX. —Mr Gresham for plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff, £4, costa, 15s 6d. William North v. Berry and Neill. — Judgment summons. Mr Gresham for plaintiff. Order made for payment of debt and costs, £13 Os 3d, by monthly itistnlmcnts of £2, or in default, one month's imprisonment. Kawjiata v. R. Alexander.— Mr Hay for plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff for £1 10s, costs, £11 2s, the horse to be delivered up to plaintiff.
