, - . AucicriAND, Last Night. Ix the^ynpremeiCourt, an application was made in the divorce case of Wilcocks p. Wilcncks .and Forder, to fix time of trial. His Planar accordingly fixed the trial to't:iko place before a common jury during the ensuing civil sitting of the Supremo Court. ■' Thomas Spuuey Wilr cocks in liis petition states in the first plnce th.tt'lieis a tea dealer, and that ''he jivas married to respondent, Mary Price Wiloocks (/yp.Mary, P ; rice (Roberts) at S.
