Tamahere Avill post an application for £500 to-morrow, by which time Mr Sancles has engaged to have the necessary plans, &c., ready. That gentleman has- also undertaken to furnish plans, &c> of the main road from Whangamariuo to Mangawhareby 20th inst. ,
