In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the Acts amending the same, and of the Bankruptcy of Robert Harris, of Hamilton, in the Provincial District of Auckland, Storekeeper, a Debtor. This is to notify that at the first meeting of Creditors of the above-named Robert Harris, held at the District Courthouse at Hamilton, this day, John Knox, of Hamilton, Auctioneer, was elected the Creditors' Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said Debtor, and that the said John Knox has signified in writing to me his acceptance of the said Trusteei ship, aud I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid.
