Matthew Graham Neill. Judgment for plaintiff, -C 3 Os 6d. M. Delaney v 3. G. Berry.— Judgment for plaintiff, £2 10s. James Walton, Chairman of the Puntu Domain Board, v. Andrew Kay. Claim for £1 2s Od. Mr Gresham for plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed, with £4 4s b'd costs. There were several other cases settled out of Court.
