Souttjsk, <?/ the firm of Jahvis, Soutter &Co., London, has this day been admitted a partner in the business hitherto carried on by me, and that the same will be conducted in future under the style of Wells axd Soutter. Thanking you for past favors, and soliciting a continuance of your patronage for the new firm. I ani, Yours faithfully, THOMAS WELLS.

Being thus directly connected with London, we are in a position to buy in the Home and Foreign Markets upon the best terms, and to lay down goods here at the lowest possible cost; the benefit of this connection we purpose sharing with our customers. We are prepared to make cash advances on wool and produce consigned through us for sale in London, and to execute indents in the Home and Foreign markets on liberal terms. Soliciting a continuance of the patronage hitherto so largely given to our predecessor, ive beg to assure you that your commands shall receive our best attention.
