CAMBRIDGE CRICKET CLUB
The annual meeting of the members of the above cricket club, was held at the Duke of Cambridge Hotel, Cambridge, at 8 o'clock on Saturday night last, Mr H. E. Cotton in the chair. There was a small attendance of members. The minutes of the previous meetin g having been read and confirmed, the meeting proceeded to elect officers for the ensuing year. Dr. Waddington was re-elected president, and Major Wilsou vice-presi-dent. Mr J. P. Sharp was elected secretary and treasurer ; and Mr H. E. Cotton, captain. Messrs 11. Kirk wood, A. B. Stubbing, H. W. Mooio, T. Peak and J, F. Edgar were elected a committee. This terminated Ihe business of the annual meeting. A meeting of the committee followed, when it was agreed that a committee meeting be held on the following Saturday to draw up rules and by-laws for the guidance of the club, and arrange the programme for the ensuing year.
