Loxdox, September 23. Abdellah has surrendered to Sir Evelyn Wood. Large numbers ot rebels, who deserted from the enemy, have plundered Danrietta. Russia is concentrating her military forces in Armenia, apparently with the view of influencing the settlement of the Egyptian difficulty. The Grand Oherif of Mecca has been deposed and imprisoned. Alexandria, September 22. All officers of the Egyptian army below the rank of colonel, who were under arrest here for taking part in the rebellign, have been released.
