London, September 13, 1.56 p. m. Losses of the enemy are believed tjo be uurler-rated. A laige number who were retreating orthward, were taken prisoners. All the breaches in the vicinity of Tel-el-Kebir have been .idandoned, and the enemy are retreating in the direction of Zagazig, where ,they are massing their forces.
