The Queen of Beauty retorting Friday and Saturday, gave 9440z5. retorted gold for which about 125 loads of general dirt and some of picked stone were crushed. The manager has not yet found the reef on the eastward side of the lead or cross lode, but will probably pick it up in a day or two. Caledonian :—On Saturday, 271bs picked stone were got from the rise on No. 1 reef at No. 1 level, and 201bs from the drive on the same reef.
